Conventional bank debt markets often provide the most suitable form of financing for large value projects and assets. Competitive rates and loan-to-value ratios can often be combined with structural flexibility.

MDT has built a strong relationship with many banking institutions in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America, and we have completed transactions involving participations from over 50 major commercial banks, as well as a number of export credit and other governmental lending institutions.

In addition, for certain projects and assets we are able to arrange top-up mezzanine and/or junior facilities provided by specialist lending institutions.
